Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vanilla soymilk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegan margarine
- 1/3 cup (blackstrap) molasses
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (I use thick cut)
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cup sunflower seeds (can do flaxseeds, as well)
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind (tangerine is yummy too!)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
Place everything in the bread machine in the order instructed by the manufacturer. Select the basic setting with a light crust (whole wheat setting tends to burn the crust).
