• 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon prepared vegan mustard
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rum

    Chop the onion and saute until soft. Combine with all other ingredients, including a little of the water from cooking the beans, and bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Very simple, very good, a bit on the sweet side.
