• 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup brown/white rice
  • 2 vegan hot dogs


Just cook the rice according to the package. Then heat the beans in the microwave. Cut up about 2 hot dogs and place all ingredients together. Heat it all together in the microwave and Eat Up!

I stumbled upon the great combination of dogs and beans in an attempt at something different to eat. It reminds me of beanie weanies, but there is little or no fat! You’ll love this simple meal. I eat it all the time. Quick and easy!
