Ingredients:

  • Topping:
  • 2 tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • black pepper – to taste

Directions:

12 slices (1/2 inch) from long loaf of Italian vegan bread.

Topping: Mix all ingredients together. Divid evenly over each slice of vegan bread. Toast until crisp (375 degrees).
