• 7 or more frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or other juice of your choice
  • 1/2 to 1 cup vegan soymilk
  • 1/2 cup soy yogurt or silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (maple syrup recommended)

Using an electric blender or processor, blend the above ingredience well.
