• 2/3 cup of 100% oatmeal (large flakes-no quick stuff)
  • approx. 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup raisins


Put the oatmeal into a bowl, add the raisins. Then pour in enough water so that it covers the oatmeal completely. Cover it and place it in the fridge over night. Throughout the night, the oatmeal has soaked up the water and sweetness of the raisins. In the morning, you can enjoy a cool, fresh tasting bowl of oatmeal. Not cooking it helps it maintain it’s full nutrients.
