• 1 1/2 cups red chili sauce
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 16 oz package firm tofu
  • 4tablespoon minced white/red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded non-dairy cheese


Dice tofu. Place in a non-stick pan with 3/4 cup red chili. Stir while heating for 2 minutes.

Steam individual tortillas in non-stick fry pan for 15 sec using one tsp. water. Flip over for 10 more seconds.

Place one tortilla on a plate. Cover with 1/8 of the red chili tofu mixture and 1/2 tbls onion. Repeat for second layer. Cover with third torilla and top with 1/4 of remainig red chili sauce. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Heat in microwave on high for 90 sec.

Ready to eat.
