1 1/2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
1 c Frozen corn,thawed, drained
1 pk Taco seasoning mix
1 c Shredded Jack/cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c Milk
1 cn 4oz. green chilies,chopped
3/4 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce

Heat oven to 400. Greese a 10 in. pie plate. Mix chicken,corn and
seasoning mix: spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with the chilies and
cheese. Beat milk, eggs and bisquick until all lumps are out. pour
into greased pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out
clean. Cool a bit and serve with the sour cream and shredded lettuce.
