Ingredients:

  • 1 can diced tomatoes+1 can water
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups pre-cooked potato chunks (5 minutes in the microwave)
  • 1 cup orange lentils
  • 1 apples,peeled and chopped
  • 2 onions,diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms(optional)
