Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • 1 Large onion
  • A piece of garlic…
  • 1 cup lentils (red)
  • 1/2 packet spinach
  • spices and salt

Directions:

Heat up the oil, and throw in the chopped onion and garlic, let it soften. Pour in the water needed for the lentils, and add them as well. Cook for ten minutes, (prepair rice to serve). Shove in the spinach and stir. Add the spices you prefer, and salt. Serve with the newly cooked rice, and fresh slices of tomato.
