Ingredients:

  • 3 large chopped onions
  • 3 chopped arms of celery
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 7 cups of water
  • 6 chopped carrots
  • 5 cubed potatoes
  • 20 small califlower floweretts
  • bazil, salt,

Directions:

Simmer onions and celery with olive oil in large pot. Add water, potatoes, carrots and floweretts. Boil till tender. Season to taste.

Serves 5.
