• 1 package Gimme-Lean (beef “flavor”)
  • 1 jar salsa, hot or mild
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • olive oil


Brown Gimme Lean in pan of olive oil about 10 minutes. Pour contents into large soup pot. Add in salsa, tomatoes, beans, onions, and spices. Let simmer for at least 20 minutes.

Enjoy! It’s simple and tastes just like the chili my mom made that I loved, minus the hamburg. I didn’t think Gimme Lean would be a strong sunstitute, but it’s even better!
