Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup of organic rolled oats
- 1Tbsp. freshly ground organic peanut butter
- cinnamon to taste
- a dash or two of ground cloves
- vegan sugar in the raw or brown sugar
- (optional) raisins
- (optional) vegan soymilk
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat. Cook until water is absorbed. Remove oats from heat and stir in cinnamon, cloves, and brown vegan sugar/sugar in the raw. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. add raisins if desired. Also, you can mix in some soy milk for an even creamier consistency. Enjoy!
