• 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup of organic rolled oats
  • 1Tbsp. freshly ground organic peanut butter
  • cinnamon to taste
  • a dash or two of ground cloves
  • vegan sugar in the raw or brown sugar
  • (optional) raisins
  • (optional) vegan soymilk


Bring water to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat. Cook until water is absorbed. Remove oats from heat and stir in cinnamon, cloves, and brown vegan sugar/sugar in the raw. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. add raisins if desired. Also, you can mix in some soy milk for an even creamier consistency. Enjoy!
