Ingredients:

  • wheat meat or seitan (small container)
  • chopped green peppers and onions
  • 1 lb firm tofu
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tumeric for the yellow color
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 tomato

Directions:

Put all the vegetables and herbs in a pan with oil. Crumble your tofu and then put into pan. Chop seitan or wheat meat, and put into pan. Let this cook for about 20 minutes on low heat.
