• 5 cup hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vegan sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable shortening
  • 2 cup flour


Mix ingredients except flour while mashed potatoes are hot. Let cool. Add flour and mix until you have stiff dough. Pinch off portions the size of an egg. Roll paper-thin on pastry cloth, using as little flour as possible. Bake in electric fry pan or griddle until top is light brown. Turn over. Remove and stack between paper towels.
