Ingredients:

  • About 1/2 cup frozen peaches doesn’t have to be exact at all
  • about 2 tablespoon vegan maple syrup (to taste)
Directions:

Put all ingretients into blender and blend until the desired sobet consistency is reached. Serve Imediately.

This recipe is also great with some frozen strawberries or blueberries. The way I make it is by buying fresh peaches, boiling them for about a minute, peeling the skins off, cutting them into quarters, and freezing the peaches with the juice. The sorbet tastes best when you freeze the peaches fresh this way.

Serves: About 2, depending on how many peaches you put in.
