Ingredients:

  • one half package of silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (preferably natural)
  • preserves of your choice

Directions:

Simply mash the tofu with the peanut butter, mixing well. Spread onto vegan bread of your choice and add preserves.

Very easy way to get wonderful tofu into your and your children’s diet!
