Ingredients:
- 1/2 an onion
- vegetable broth
- clove or two of garlic (optional)
- celery
- 1 bunch broccoli
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Sautee onions, celery and garlic in a little olive oil. Add broth, and chopped broccoli (including stems) – simmer – salt and pepper to taste.
