Ingredients:

  • 1/2 an onion
  • vegetable broth
  • clove or two of garlic (optional)
  • celery
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Sautee onions, celery and garlic in a little olive oil. Add broth, and chopped broccoli (including stems) – simmer – salt and pepper to taste.
