  • 1/2 cup “Sour Supreme” (Toffutti) or (vegan soymilk with 1 teaspoon vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoon or more chopped fresh cilantro (depending on how much you like)
  • 3 2/3 cups bread flour (white)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
